A seasoned architect with 16 years of experience at Jeddah Municipality, renowned for his work in mega projects, land survey, and investment. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from KFUPM and a Master's degree in Municipal Policies and Urban Development from KSU.
Naif bin Fahd bin Saedan
Board Member
Holding a bachelor degree from Salisbury University in computer science and a bachelor degree from King Abdulaziz University in sociology. Began his career in 1998 with Al Riyad Bank as a senior executive, and in 2002 joined Olaya Real Estate as a sales manager. In 2015 he got promoted to become the CEO, and in 2021 established Fahd bin Saedan Real Estate with his 22 years of experience in real estate.

A distinguished leader with extensive funding, investment, sales planning and business turnaround expertise within the Saudi mega real estate development, media, aviation and FMCG sectors. Career highlights have included successful multimillion SAR brand relaunches for Unilever that delivered significant double digit revenue growth; the launch and establishment of start-up airline Nas Air, generation of over SAR 1.6bn in sales for the Emaar Economic City and formulation of the sales plan for a SAR 2.2bn mega project. A collaborative leader, skilled at motivating and empowering individuals and teams to excel. Valued by investors, developers and stakeholders for swift and accurate data analysis, complex problem solving and skillful strategy formulation and execution.

Instrumental in launching investment centers that facilitated significant investment and IPO growth for bank customers. She additionally led a transformational program to overhaul ladies branch banking. At the age of 26 she became the youngest branch manager and led one of the most successful branches for Samba.
